KUMARESH BABU, J The above two applications are presented by the petitioner seeking (a) (A.No.927 of 2023) to condone the delay 2916 days in filing the application to set aside abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent; and (b) (A.No.928 of 2023) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent.

2. Upon examining the affidavits filed in support of A.Nos.927 & 928 of 2023 and being satisfied that sufficient cause is shown, these applications are allowed as prayed for.
