Govt. Adv. (Crl. Side) COMMON ORDER When this Court was about to dismiss these petitions on merits, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw the same and they have also made an endorsement to that effect.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, these petitions are dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the points before the Trial Court. However, the petitioner shall surrender before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Trial Court and execute a bond for Rs.5,000/-, in respect of each case, without sureties under Section 88 Cr.P.C. If the petitioner absconds, the trial Court shall direct registration of an FIR against him under Sec. 229-A IPC. Connected Crl.M.Ps. are closed.
