Challenging the rejection order passed by the second respondent, the petitioner has came up with the present writ petition.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that to get the benefit under the Moovalur Ramamirtham Ammiar Scheme, vide G.O.Ms.No.49, Social Welfare and Noon Meals Scheme (Sa.Na.3) Department, dated 26.07.2011, pursuant to the marriage of the petitioner's daughter, the petitioner made an
application through online on 28.10.2016 enclosing all the required certificates. However, the said application was not considered by the respondents.

Mrs.P.Rajalakshmi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submitted that certain documents have not been enclosed in the application submitted by the petitioner and hence, his claim was not considered by the authority concerned. However, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that if the petitioner submits the required documents, her application said to have been made through online on 28.10.2016, would be considered by the second respondent, on merits, which has been agreed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the petitioner to submit all the required documents to the second respondent within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such submission, the second respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law and also in line with G.O.Ms.No.49, Social Welfare and Noon Meals Scheme (Sa.Na.3) Department, dated 26.07.2011, within a period of two weeks thereafter.
5. With the above directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
