ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondents herein to take further action based on the complaint dated 19.08.2010 and 27.12.2019.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, C..No.1520/2020 was issued and after enquiry the said complaint was closed on 23.02.2020.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has not received any intimation with regard to closure of the petitioner's complaint.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original petition is closed.

5. The second respondent is directed to send an intimation to the petitioner with regard to the closure of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
