ORDER

(Order of the court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) We have heard Mr.D.Jaganathan, learned counsel for the petitioner; Ms.C.N.Vinobha, learned counsel for the first respondent; Mr.D.B.R.Prabhu, learned counsel for the second respondent; Mr.D.Veerasekaran, learned counsel for the third respondent; Mr.L.Jaivenkatesh, learned counsel for the fourth respondent; Mr.P.Muthukumar, learned State Government Pleader for the fifth respondent; and, Mr.K.V.Sundararajan, learned counsel for the sixth respondent.

2. The issues raised in the present writ petition have already been taken into consideration and decided in O.S.A.Nos.17, 81, 128 and 222 of 2022 under the judgment and order dated 28.4.2023 by a Division Bench of this Court.

3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the sixth respondent that SLP is filed and the same is pending.

4. The parties are bound by the judgment and order dated 28.4.2023 delivered by this Court. It is for the parties to take steps in terms of the judgment and order already passed.

5. With these observations, the writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, W.M.P.No.7596 of 2018 is closed.
