W.P.No.7081 of 2009 W.P.No.7081 of 2009 P.VELMURUGAN, J.

This Court in M.P.No.1 of 2014 to substitute the petitioners as the legal representatives of the deceased petitioner N.Thangaraj in W.P.No.7081 of 2009, by order dated 16.10.2020 allowed the said M.P. and also the legal heirs were impleaded in the writ petition.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.12.2020, there was no representation for the petitioner and it was wrongly dismissed as abated. Therefore, the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7081 of 2020 dated 18.12.2020 is revoked and the writ petition is restored.

3. Post the matter for final arguments on 28.01.2021.
