This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 07.09.2023 in Crl.O.P.No.20364 of 2023 to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the Mahila Court Special Court for POSCO Case in Special S.C.No. 68 of 2023 on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., apart from the Court hearing date till the examination of the victim child and the defacto complainant and thereafter during the Court hearing dates.
