Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, directing the respondents to alter the offences under Section from 147, 148, 448, 323 and 324 of IPC to Sections 326, 307, 384 based on the statement originally recorded from the petitioner in Crime No.591 of 2020 on the file of the second respondent.

ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the second respondent police to alter the FIR. 2.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the FIR was registered only on 08.12.2020 for an offence under Sections 147, 148, 448, 323 & 324 of IPC. The investigation is in progress. If in the course of investigation, the respondent police collect sufficient materials, the offenses will be altered accordingly.
3. In view of the above submissions, there shall be a direction to the respondent Police to continue with the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
investigation effectively and based on the materials collected during the course of investigation, either alter the FIR or file the final report by adding the necessary offences made out.
4. This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
