Degree course in P.R.College of Nursing (Nightingale Group of Institution), Guruvanna Devara Mutt, Near Binnyston Garden, Magadi Road, Bangalore 560 023 expeditiously. When the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the first respondent submitted that the prayer has become infructuous, since the educational loan has already been sanctioned to the petitioner's daughter.
