2. The husband has moved H.M.O.P.No.1875 of 2023 on the file of Family Court at Coimbatore seeking divorce. The petitioner is permanent resident of Perungalathur in Chennai. She finds it difficult to travel from Perungalathur to Coimbatore. Hence, this transfer petition.

3. Taking into consideration the convenience of the wife, this Tr.C.M.P is allowed and the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.1875 of 2023 pending on the file of Family Court, Coimbatore is withdrawn and is transferred to the file of Sub-Court at Tambaram for disposal.
