This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondent to not to harass the petitioners in the guise of investigation in Crime Number not known on the file of the respondent Police in regard to the complaint tendered by one Shanmugam, son of Loganathan.

2. Heard learned Counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The matter pertains to the money dispute between the parties. This matter cannot be enquired by the police. Hence, the respondents are directed to not to harass the petitioners in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the name of enquiry and the parties shall be relegated before the appropriate Civil Court.
