Prayer:- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 5 to produce the records pertaining to the contribution Provident Fund Subscription towards the Family Provident Fund Scheme, 1971 of the petitioner and refund the same with interest from 31.3.1998.

O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the respondents 1 to 5 to produce the records pertaining to the contribution Provident Fund Subscription towards the Family Provident Fund Scheme, 1971 of the petitioner and refund the same with interest from 31.3.1998.

2. The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent Employees Provident Fund Organisation made a submission that the issues raised in the present writ petition had already been settled long back in October, 2012 itself.

3. In view of the fact that the grievance has already been redressed, no further adjudication is required in this writ petition and accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
