PRAYER: The Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the advertisement in the daily Dinamani dated 06.08.2010 inviting applications under Sarva Siksha Abiyan scheme issued by the second respondent, quash the same, and direct the first respondent to issue further proceedings for instruction of KGKV Hostel pursuant to proceedings NK No.7523/B1/09 dated 30.11.2009 issued by the third respondent.
