JUDGMENT
(Judgment of the Court was delivered by SATISH K. AGNIHOTRI, J.,) The State has come up with the instant intra-Court appeal impugning the order dated 22.11.2013 passed by the learned Single Judge in W.P. No.31156 of 2013.

The prime contention of the appellants-State is that the respondent/writ petitioner is not entitled to the benefit of Social Security Scheme (for short "the Scheme"). The appellants have not enclosed a copy of the scheme or any other document on the basis of which we can decide the entitlement of the respondent/writ petitioner under the Scheme. Even otherwise, the order sought to be impugned in this appeal was passed in 2013. Seemingly, the appellants have preferred the instant appeal without producing all the relevant documents necessary for adjudication of the case.
