Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that the vehicle has been re-possessed.

2.Learned Advocate Commissioner filed his report dated 21.04.2023, stating that he had executed the warrant and seized the vehicle with great difficulties and handedover the same to the applicant. Further, he has also filed a memo seeking for additional remuneration of Rs.80,000/-.

3.In view of the above, the Advocate Commissioner is discharged and the applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.80,000/- (Rupees Eighty Thousand Only) to the Advocate Commissioner as additional remuneration within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Hence, no further order is required in the present applications.
