O R D E R

The Petitioner filed the present writ petition to direct the second respondent to take appropriate steps for implementing the order dated 19.12.2003. The petitioner sought relief only to that effect. Hence, there is no need of inspection for counter, it is the duty upon the respondents to comply their own proceedings.

2. Hence, the Writ Petition is ordered. Though the writ petition is filed in the year 2004, however, without any interim order, it is pending more than 15 years. Hence, I do not find anything survives in the writ petition after a lapse of 15 years.
