2. In view of the above, W.P.No.21187 of 2010 is dismissed as abated and W.P.Nos.25530 & 25529 of 2010 are closed in view of the statement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners as no further adjudication is required to be made in these Writ Petitions. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
