ORDER

Heard the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. There is no representation on behalf of the respondent.

2.This writ petition has been filed praying that this Court may be pleased to issue a WRIT OF MANDAMUS, directing the respondent, to consider and pass orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 21.11.2013. 3.Though various grounds have been raised in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that it would suffice, if the respondent is directed to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.11.2013, on merits and in accordance with law, within a specified period. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, this Court finds it appropriate to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation, dated 21.11.2013, and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

appropriate orders thereon, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. The petitioner is directed to furnish a copy of the representation, dated 21.11.2013, to the respondent, along with a copy of this order. However, it is made clear that this Court, by this order, has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.

5.The writ petition is disposed of, with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
