ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for transfer of the investigation in Crime No.590 of 2023 from the file of the second respondent to the CBCID.

2. On instructions, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that after registration of the FIR, the second respondent conducted a detailed investigation and closed the same as "Further Action Dropped". A referred charge sheet notice was also sent to the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, no investigation is pending on the file of the second respondent in Crime No.590 of 2023. Therefore, the transfer of investigation does not arise. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
