O R D E R

The instant writ petition is filed to issue a writ of declaration, declaring the interview conducted by the 1st and 2nd respondents on 16.11.2009 for the post of Pharmacist grade II is illegal and null and void and consequently direct the 1st and 2nd respondents not to confirm the appointment of 4th and 5th respondents to the post of pharmacist grade II.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner states that he got instructions from his client not to press the writ petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed. No costs.
