Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the conditional order of stay granted in CMP NO. 1404 of 2017 in A.S. NO. 32 of 2017 dated 08.02.2017 and pass such further or other order or orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper. in (CMP NO.1404/2017 in AS NO.32/2017). Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.S.JHOTHIRAMAN, Advocate for the petitioner the court made the following order:- This application is filed for modification of the interim order of stay granted in C.M.P.No.1404 of 2017 in A.S.No.32 of 2017, subject to the condition, that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2,07,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Seven Thousand only) within a period of eight weeks from 08.02.2017.

2. The petitioner who seeks for modification of the said order, admittedly has suffered the decree of payment of money. Therefore, I do not think that there is any reason for modifying the order. Hence, the application is dismissed. However, taking into account the difficulties expressed by the learned counsel for

the petitioner, time for depositing the amount of Rs.2,07,000/- (Rupees Two Lakhs Seven Thousand only) is extended by another eights weeks from today i.e. on 25.07.2017.
