Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Declaration declaring the fourth respondent as duly elected director in Serial No.11 in the declaration dated 07.08.2018 issued by the third respondent herein as null and void as the same is in arbitrary, illegal, capricious, non-application of mind and in violation of Article 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to include petitioner's name and proceed with the election in a fair and proper manner.
