After arguing the matter, both the learned counsels seek permission of this Court to withdraw these petitions and they had also made an endorsement to that effect.
2.A counter had also been filed by the learned Special Public Prosecutor for CBI cases.
3.In view of the endorsement made by both the learned counsels, these Criminal Original Petitions are dismissed as withdrawn. 4.This should not be a precedent or be taken advantage by A1 and A2 whose bail applications are pending before the Principal Sessions Court, Puducherry.
5.Registry may mark a copy of this order to the Principal Sessions Court, Puducherry.
