Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records on the file of the First respondent in G.O.Ms.No.533 Agriculture (AA3) Department dated 14.12.2004 and quash the same in so far as the prescription of rotation between the 6 categories and giving prospective effect to the amendment to Rule 2(a) of Tamilnadu Agricultural Subordinate Service Rules with effect from 14.12.2004 are concerned and direct the respondents to give retrospective effect to the amendment issued in G.O.Ms.No.533 dated 14.12.2004, with effect from 07.07.1983 and also direct the respondents to effect promotions by following the combined seniority of the feeder categories with effect from the date of appointment in Agricultural Engineering Department.
