Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, order or direction in the nature of Writ, directing the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to measure the petitioner's land and fix boundaries and make sub-division, to an extent of 0.24 cents comprised in Old Survey No.514/1 New Survey No.514/1A at Arrahalli-2 Village, Kaveripattinam Sub-Reg Dist., Krishnagiri Taluk & District, with necessary police protection from 4th and 5th Respondents within a time limit.

ORDER

The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to measure the petitioner's land and fix boundaries and make subdivision, to an extent of 0.24 cents comprised in Old Survey No.514/1 New Survey No.514/1A at Arrahalli-2 Village, Kaveripattinam Sub-Reg Dist., Krishnagiri Taluk & District, with necessary police protection from 4th and 5th Respondents. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner had purchased a property comprising 0.24 cents from one Senthilkumar vide Doc.No.4644 of 2021 on 08.12.2021. Immediately, on the same day the petitioner made an Application No.2021/0105/31/318702 for patta transfer to his name. Thereafter, the petitioner made a representation to the District Collector, Krishnagiri District and The Deputy Superintendent of Police, Krishnagiri on 27.12.2021 to measure the land and fix the boundaries. However, till date no order has been passed. Hence, the present Writ Petition is filed.

3.Though very many grounds have been raised, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it would suffice if this Court issues direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2021 and pass orders on the same within a particular time frame fixed by this Court. 4.The Government Advocate has no objection for said order being passed and he fairly conceded that the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2021 will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed within the time stipulated by this Court.

5. In view of the aforesaid submissions, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case directs the 2nd and 3rd respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.12.2021 on merits and in accordance with law and pass appropriate orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
