This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 13.05.2015 bearing Ref.No.394/2014/A4 on the file of the respondent. 1/3

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already demolished the construction made by him and restored the original condition. Therefore, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication.

3. In such view of the matter, the prayer as sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions closed.
