Seeking to ratify the action of the Official Liquidator in engaging 12 numbers of security guards (per day) of M/s.General Security Reserve Agency and to permit the Official Liquidator to make payment towards security expenses every month from the common pool fund account maintained by him and recoup the same from the realisation of assets of the company, the present application has been filed. 2.Pursuant to the earlier orders passed, the Official Liquidator took action for engaging 12 numbers of security guards. These security guards have been employed to manage and maintain the assets of the company in liquidation. Sufficient fund is available in the common pool fund to pay the twelve security guards engaged by the Official Liquidator.

3.In such view of the matter, the application is ordered as prayed for.
