PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Declaration, to declare Sections 5, 6 and 7 of "The Tamil Nadu Schools (Regulation of Collection of Fee) Act, 2009" (Act 22 of 2009) and the Tamil Nadu Schools (Regulation of Collection of Fee) Rules, 2009 made thereunder and the consequential proceedings of the 2nd respondent in Na.Ka.No.7661/A1/2009 dated 26.11.2009 as arbitrary, unconstitutional and violative of the right of private managements to establish and administer educational institutions guaranteed under the Constitution of India.
