Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to reimburse the training cost along with interest and reimburse the assessment fees as represented in the letters of the petitioner dated 28.10.2014 and 05.11.2014 respectively. Heard Mr. Auxilia Peter, learned counsel appearing for the

petitioner and Mr. V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader for first and second respondents and Mr.Su.Srinivasan, learned counsel for third respondent.

2. The petitioner is the charitable trust, which is the approved Industrial Training Institute and offered courses as per the guidelines issued by the Director General of Employment and Training vide proceedings dated 19.12.2013. The Assessing Bodies shall submit all such bills to the concerned State/UT by 31st January 2014 in which they had taken assessment fee from the candidates failing which, the payment to be made to them for the assessments to be conducted in future would be adjusted by the States/UTs and would be made available to the VTPs for onward payment to the candidates.

3. The petitioner in complying to the said direction has submitted a request on 05.11.2014, for release of assessment fee under SDI scheme and the same is now pending before the 1st respondent.

4. In the light of the above facts, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the request made by the petitioner dated *28.10.2014 and 05.11.2014 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

5. With the above observation, this Writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
