ORDER
[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] The petitioner challenges the impugned order of detention dated 31.12.2018 in Memo No. 1166/BCDFGISSSV/2018, detaining her husband as "Goonda", as contemplated under Section 2(f) of the Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor reports that the order of detention passed against the detenu has been revoked by the Government by its order in G.O.Rt.No.538 Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 14.02.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the Government Order. Recording the same, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
