ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to amend the sections as, under section 12 of Tamil Nadu Gambling and Police Laws Act, 1930 (Amendment 2021), Section 4(1)(A) of the Tamil Nadu Prohibition (Amendment) Act,2024 and Section 318(4) of BNS Act, 2023 (420 of IPC) instead of Section 12 of Tamil Nadu Gambling and Police laws Act, 1930 (Amendment) Act, 2024 and Section 318(4) of BNS Act, 2023 (420 of IPC) in Crl.OP.No.1133/2026 vide order dated 21.01.2026.

2. Heard both sides and perused the records.

3. Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for. The time is extended by one week to the petitioners to comply the conditions as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy made ready. 04-02-2026 JAI
