Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to appoint the petitioner as Police Constable Grade-II based on the Certificate Verification conducted on 21.12.2011 pursuant to the notification for Combined Recruitment of Grade-II Police Constables/ Grade-II Jail Warders/ Fireman-2010 issued by the 1st respondent in the category of Ex-Service man by implementing 5% reservation and by dispensing with the condition of less than 3 years from the date of discharge from Army Service.
