By order dated 24.05.2024 made in A.No.2610 of 2024, the earlier order made in A.No.1047 & 1048 of 2023 was modified. As per para 5 of the order, I find that the earlier arrangement of child visiting hours between 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on every Sunday was restored from 09.06.2024.
2. Both the learned counsels for the parties represented that the above said condition is being complied with by the parties
3. In view of the order passed by this Court on 24.05.2024 in A.No.2610 of 2024, no further order is required to be passed in A.Nos.1047 & 1048 of 2024. Both the parties are required to comply with the order passed by this Court, as observed above, i.e. 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. on every Sunday.
4. Both the parties are at liberty to take necessary applications, if so be advised.
