This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the third respondent not to harass the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl side) would submit that on the complaint given by one Sarala, enquiry was conducted in C.S.R.No.31 of 2022 and the enquiry has been closed. The same is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondents shall not call the petitioner in the guise of enquiry and harass him.
