ORDER

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent produced the Proceedings of the Zonal Officer, 1/3

Zone - VII, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053, dated 05.02.2024 stating that pursuant to the order passed in the writ petition, an enquiry was conducted and one S.Dhakshanamoorthy/the 6th respondent in W.P.No.23284 of 2023 submitted a Structural Stability Certificate issued by the Registered Structural Engineer Grade-I. Therefore, the representation of the petitioner dated 07.01.2023 has been considered and an order has been passed and the same was also communicated to the petitioner.

2. In view of the same, the direction issued in the writ petition duly complied and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the Proceedings of the Zonal Officer, dated 05.02.2024, it is for him to challenge the said order in the manner known to law.
