This miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner to substitute the name of "Srivan Sadagopa Sri Ranganatha Yatheedra Mahadesikan H.H.46th Jeer of Sri Ahobila Mutt, represented by his general power Agent Mr.S.Rajagopalan in the place of "Srivan Satagopa Sri Narayana Yatheendra Mahadesikan, H.H.45th Jeer of Sri Ahobila Mutt, represented by his general power Agent, Mr.S.Rajagopalan.

The learned Government Advocate (HR & CE) appearing for the respondent No.1 has not raised any objection for allowing this miscellaneous petition.
