PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the proceedings G.O.3(D) No.1 Social Welfare and Nutritious Meal Programme Department dated 02.01.2008 and quash the same and consequently to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioners with effect from the date of the above G.O. with all monetary and service benefits.

2. In view of the same, the present writ petition is disposed of in terms of the decision in W.P.No.3865 of 2008. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition, if any, is closed.
