Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to dispose the statuary Revision filed U/s. 153 of Tamilnadu Coop. Societies Act 1983 by the Petitioner on 01.12.2021 within a stipulated time as this court may fix.

2. On instructions, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the revision filed by the petitioner was returned to file additional particulars and the same is not complied with by the petitioner.

3. In such circumstances, the petitioner has approached this Court at a premature stage. Therefore, the writ petition is not maintainable and the same is liable to be dismissed.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file fresh writ petition if necessary at a later stage.
