Heard Mr.S.Ananda Babu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent.

2.The order and direction issued in the writ petition has been complied with though belatedly by passing the order dated 30.10.2018. Therefore, the contempt petition is closed and liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order in the manner known to law. It is not clear as to whether the order has already been communicated to the petitioner or not. If not already communicated, then the respondent is directed to communicate the same to the petitioner by registered post with acknowledgment within a period of ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order to enable the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law. No costs.
