Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus calling for the records in pursuant to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in proceeding Na.Ka.No.15798/2008/Pa.A4 dated 16.12.2009 and quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner in the post of Junior Assistant on compassionate grounds. 1/4

This shows that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the case. Hence, this Court has no other option, except to dismiss this petition for non-prosecution.
