ORDER

Earlier this Court had dismissed the bail petition of the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.877 of 2026 vide order dated 12.01.2026, wherein, it has been stated in Paragraph No.6 which reads as follows:- "6.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel on either side and also considering the manner in which the occurrence has taken place and investigation in this case is still pending, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."

2.Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed by the petitioner. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 09-02-2026 Index: Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order MSM
