Respondents Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, forbearing the respondents and their subordinates from demanding or collecting Entry Tax in respect of Volvo Trucks Tractors of FM 400 6*4 and FM 12380 6*4 model with Chassis No.882861 and 866748 and Engine Nos.180332 and 561799 with Volvo 3 Axle Flat Bed Trailors with Chassis Nos.900514 and 900513 for the purpose of registration and assignment of new registration marks by the third respondent.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner made a submission that the entry tax due has already been paid by the petitioner. The learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents also endorsed the same. Thus, no further adjudication needs to be entertained in this writ petition.
