This petition has been filed seeking for forbearing the third respondent and his subordinates from interfering with the Civil Disputes between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 and consequently direct the respondents 1 and 2 to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

28.01.2019.

2. In view of the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the third respondent, the Inspector of Police, not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5. The petitioner and the respondents 4 and 5 will have to work out their remedy before the competent Civil Court in O.S.No.29 of 2019 which is pending.

3.Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently,connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
