ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to recall the non bailable warrant issued by the learned learned Additional District & Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu, in S.C.No.143 of 2014.

2. The petitioner is arrayed as accused in S.C.No.143 of 2014, on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu, for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 342, 326, 301, 302 r/w 149 of IPC.

3. The petitioner was absent during the trial in S.T.C.No.143 of 2014, on the file of the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu. Therefore non bailable warrant came to be issued on 12.12.2019.

4. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

5. Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Additional District & Sessions Judge at Chengalpattu, within a period of two weeks from today and file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
