Though the order has been passed by this Court as early as 04.11.2020 directing the respondents to mutate the revenue records in favour of the temple, till date, the order has not been complied.

2. In the affidavit filed in support of this application, no reason has been given for failure to comply with the directions issued by this Court.

Therefore, this Court is not inclined to dispense with the presence of the 1st respondent herein.
