By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up and disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the respondents to forthwith include the petitioner and four other villagers in the Thai Festival Advisory Committee of Arulmighu Mariamman Temple, Jagir Kamanaickenpatty, Salem (West) Taluk, Salem 636 302, by considering and passing orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2019

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 20.01.2019 to the respondent, seeking to include him and four other villagers in the Thai Festival Advisory Committee of Arulmighu Mariamman https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Temple, Jagir Kamanaickenpatty, Salem (West) Taluk, Salem. It is further stated that the festival is scheduled to be held from 05.02.2019 to 08.02.2019. Since no orders have been passed till date on the representation dated 20.01.2019, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks early disposal of the said representation.

Heard Mr.M.Maharaja, learned Special Government Pleader who takes notice on behalf of the respondent. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made, without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 20.01.2019, on merits and in accordance with law, after issuing notice to the petitioner and also affording due opportunity of hearing to him as well as any of the interested parties, on or before 02.02.2019.

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of . No costs.
