ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 03.01.2020 sent by Speed post to the respondents within the stipulated time as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Heard Mr.P.Kalimuthu, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.S.Rajesh, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 03.01.2020, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the counter parties if any and dispose of the same, if not already disposed of, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
