ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the third respondent to implement the proceeding issued by the second respondent dated 15.09.2010 to construct underground drainage water line at Old Colony, Mada Koil Street, Kodungal Village, Magaiyur Via, Kandachipuram Taluk, Villupuram District.

On written instruction, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the request made by the petitioner has been complied with by laying underground drainage water line under Grama Anna Marumalarchi Thittam.

Recorded the above submission, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
