This writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus, forbearing the respondents from appointing any one to the post of Junior Assistant pursuant to the interview conducted on 08.02.2021, except under due process of law.

2.However, today, when the matter was taken up for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought liberty to the petitioner to challenge the selection process in the manner known to law.
