2.The petitioner has come forward with this writ petition challenging the recovery notice issued by the fourth respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate for the respondents would submit that during the pendency of the writ petition, the petitioner has remitted the demand made in the impugned notice along with interest and there is no due from the petitioner. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

4. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
